Hyksos - a people of mixed Semitic and Asian descent who invaded Egypt and settled in the Nile delta c. 1640 bc. They formed the 15th and 16th dynasties of Egypt and ruled a large part of the country until driven out c. 1532 bc.

Iron Age -  1200 BC (the Bronze Age collapse) to c. 550 BC (or 539 BC), 

Neolithic Age -The Neolithic period, or New Stone Age, is an Old World archaeological period and the final division of the Stone Age. It saw the Neolithic Revolution, a wide-ranging set of developments that appear to have arisen independently in several parts of the world. Dates: 10,000–4,500 BC  this coincides with the last Ice Age - The end of the last glacial period, which was about 10,000 years ago, is often called the end of the ice age.
